Running the three days of the Wonderland with Aspire was the best running experience I’ve ever had.

There are trips…and then there are…experiences. Abram and his crew provide an EXPERIENCE that will stay with you long after the trip finishes. From the first time you meet the group and the professional and friendly guides, you feel like you are surrounded by friends and family. You feel part of gang. The logistics are handled. The food is amazing. And the scenery is unforgettable. Get out on the trail and do what you love best. Run.

Abram and crew hit the perfect balance of assistance without coddling. They show you the way, tell you what you need to know, provide the nutrition to carry, and are waiting for you on the other side with food and your gear. No doubt in my mind though that if a crisis arose, in the wilderness they’d know what to do. (and knowing that a sweeper is following back behind you somewhere puts your mind at ease when you hit that inevitable low spot in any long trail run.) Looking forward to the next adventure.

The Wonderland Trail scenery and the trail was AMAZING. Spectacular views of the mountain, the glaciers, and OMG the wildflowers! That being said, what I will remember most about my Aspire Adventure was group the people I experienced it with. I flew out to Seattle solo to meet up with 14 strangers to circumnavigate Mt. Rainier. I had no idea what to expect, it was like the first day of the coolest school in the world! I cannot say more about our three Aspire guides, Abram, Bacchus, and Nick seemed more like awesome, knowledgeable hiking friends than typical guides. Not to take anything away from their spot on logistic preparations, and incredible food offerings each morning and night. I am a vegan (tricky on the trail, I know) and they had something delicious for all dietary choices. The other participants were also just a bunch of the coolest people I have ever met. I give this trip a thousand thumbs up and plan to join another Aspire Adventure in the future.

I showed up to the Wonderland B2B2B with no experience on the trail. That didn’t matter as the Aspire staff made me feel completely supported. I knew what to expect each day, was greeted with a smile and amazing food at the end of each day.

It was the low maintenance, low pressure, friendly trip I needed. Hanging with folks of all different backgrounds and abilities while enjoying all that Mt. Rainier had to offer was perfect. Enjoyed great food, drink, and the run each day was perfect. Rainier is my favorite place to visit and finally getting to run the Wonderland in the community of the folks associated with Aspire made the experience better than I could have hoped for.
